After sharing provisional results over the past few months, we’re pleased to let you know that the full 2025 Germplasm Evaluation Network (GEN) Final Report is now available.

This comprehensive report brings together all trial data from 10 FAR Crop Technology Centres across Victoria, South Australia, New South Wales, Western Australia and Tasmania. It includes:

Final analysed yield results for wheat, barley, canola and oats
Full disease assessment summaries
Canopy/NDVI data and phenology records
Grain quality parameters
Side‑by‑side comparisons of varieties in early and late sowing windows, with and without fungicide

The final dataset gives a national, multi‑environment view of varietal performance with and without fungicide—helping breeders, agronomists and growers make informed decisions based on complete, replicated information.
