FAR Australia announces a new graduate member of staff
FAR Australia is excited to announce the appointment of Ashleigh Seach as Agricultural Trials Officer at FAR Australia’s main base at Bannockburn in southern Victoria, reinforcing our commitment to building capability in the R, D & E cropping sector.
This key appointment signifies FAR Australia’s ongoing commitment to nurturing emerging graduates in the field of applied research and extension in the broadacre sector. It also demonstrates the organisation’s commitment to building independent, national capacity and capability in the Australian RD&E grains sector.
Ashleigh Seach has a strong academic qualification in agriculture having done a Bachelor of Agriculture degree majoring in plant and soil science at the University of Melbourne. She is keen to use this degree to pursue a career working where she can combine her interest in the environment with a role that assists the local farming community. She has joined FAR Australia at the start of the new 2025 cropping season.
